Founded in 1979, La Sabana is a private Colombian university known for its academic quality and human-centered education.
It is a Catholic-inspired civil higher education institution, recognized with the National High Quality Accreditation by Colombia’s Ministry of Education, being the youngest university with a reaccreditation for 8 years. La Sabana is a comprehensive, middle-sized university with a student population reaching 14.000 students. Its 110-hectares campus is located on the north of Bogotá, the country’s capital.
La Sabana offers 23 undergraduate programs, 46 specializations, 17 medical-surgical specializations, 32 master’s degrees and 4 doctorate programs.
